After an intense winter of preparation with the Sopraventus High Performance Team, led by Simone Ricci, we achieved outstanding results in the winter regattas held in Hong Kong, Naples, Torrevieja, Lanzarote, and Valencia.

LANZAROTE – Trofeo Presidente 2025
After 3 days of Atlantis Academy Clinic in Champagne Conditions we managed to do 12 races in 3 days with fantastic wind and weather conditions! Best event of the Winter with no doubt with sailors from 19 countries! Amazing location and management by Real Club Nautico Arrecife. Next year again!
Erkut Budak, our star of the Team, managed to have a solid win and put his name on the beautiful perpetual trophy made of real Lava!

VALENCIA – Optiorange
Only 4 races but our Lilou Backes keeps performing at top with a :
3rd overall and first again in Girls Division and 1st U13 Category!
Lilou had an impressive progression in the lasts months and she showed up 2 bullets on a 25 knots day with big waves! She s only 12 and we really like to see how calm and at same time motivated she is!
Nice single races and bullets from rest of Team but some bfd ruined us the overall results!
The preparation have been a mix of small trainings, home trainings, Atlantis Academy Clinics with participation of top Coaches led by Simone with also the special clinic with legend Marco Gradoni in Lanzarote for Christmas!
The season doesn’t stop and our International Team will have soon other trainings and clinics planned using also our Rome base
before heading to Garda !
